LIZ'S APPROACH TO COACHING
Liz’s coaching style is based upon a process of taking a gentle and thorough look at your life as it is happening. She will offer consistent support as you explore your current values and beliefs and how they relate to your everyday decisions. You will work together to examine the aspects of your life and how you can change your current mindset to create the fulfilling life you’ve always dreamed of.
Liz is passionate, intuitive and dedicated to helping others through the process of rediscovering their core values and reconnecting with their intuition. She provides a non-judgmental and respectful atmosphere in which every person can break through their limiting beliefs and realize there really are no limits!
She also has a very comedic spirit, and is ready to share her delightful sense of humor, so you can expect to LAUGH! She believes laughter can be included in every session and is a vital component to lifting one’s spirits and feeling more at ease with the process and partnership.
Liz also believes everyone was born with talents and an inner voice that guides them through their lives. When a person taps into their abilities and shares them with others, everyone reaps the benefits. When people learn to get back in touch with their intuition, to listen to it, and to trust it as a safe and all knowing guide, they can naturally become more aligned with their authentic selves.
HOW IT WORKS
Coaching starts with you deciding you want something in your life to change.
Once you've made the decision, you contact me, your mindful life coach, to set up a "Foundational Session.” Preferably this session will happen face to face, though if we can't meet face to face, we can certainly conduct the session over the phone!
If we can't meet face to face, we can certainly conduct the session over the phone. This session takes about 1 1/2- 2 hours and will give you a holistic view of all the aspects of your life.
It reminds you of what is working, what is not, and will start to give you direction towards where you want to go so you can start exploring new options.
All of this vital information is brought into the sessions that follow. It will serve as a general guide as you decide what areas of your life you would like to be coached on.
A time will also be set up for you to call me to begin our weekly 40 minute sessions. During these sessions I will ask you what you would like to be coached on that day.
You will lead the sessions, and I will provide you with support and guidance to help you use the wisdom you already have. Together, we will find out what you want, and set goals to help you get there.
THE COMMITMENT
A three-month commitment is required for services. The reason for this is that change takes time.
After you recognize that you want your life to change, the next step is committing to the processes involved to get results. When you commit to coaching for the three-month period, you are agreeing to that second step. It shows that you are ready and willing to put in the effort to figure out what it is you want, and to take the necessary steps to get there.
