ABOUT LIZ
Liz Myers is a talented and passionate life coach. Her mission is simply to work with people looking to make changes and bring balance back into their lives. She aspires to help others through the process of rediscovering their core values and reconnecting with their intuition.
In addition to her coaching work, she has personally transformed her own life into a fulfilling realm of abundance. She understands the importance of well being and staying balanced, and makes time to practice mindfulness on a daily basis, relying on her study of Tai Chi and Qigong as complements to her own path of well being.
Tai Chi and QiGong are vital components on her continued path of balance. Visit her mentor & teacher Jesse Tsao.
